A true meat lover and food enthusiast, he believes that good food starts with respect for the product. His craft is rooted in tradition, but always served with a modern touch.

Alongside him is Sven, whose roots lie in the hospitality industry. Having managed multiple resorts, Sven knows what it means to deliver quality and create memorable experiences. His passion for food and premium products perfectly complements Bo’s craftsmanship.

Together, they have built The Meat Lab into the go-to place on Koh Tao for anyone who values good, pure meat.
